He was very diligent and when he determined that my washer was not worth fixing, he was very straightforward about it and only charged me a nominal fee above the basic cost of the visit. He also answered my questions on brands that I should consider and why.

I was surprised that a plumber would be willing to come to someone's house on a Saturday. Bernard did a professional job, both quickly efficiently, and with an extremely courteous manner, and had to hunt around my home for the proper pipe to use in order to connect the ice maker on my new refrigerator. His price was reasonable, and affordable. I would highly recommend BK Appliance and repair to anyone who is in need of any kind of appliance repair.

Sometimes when I hire people to fix my appliances I feel the charges are excessive. I thought the $203 cost for the repair was right on the money. He had the part and had to hacksaw through the screws to get the pieces apart because they had melted.
