Fast ,professional I would recommend to everyone

While tied up in traffic and late upon arrival he was extremely efficient and timely identifying and addressing the mechanical issue with an almost immediate resolution. A kind gentleman.

The technician arrived on time; talked with us to understand the problem; and, then proceeded to work on the refrigerator. It took about 2 hours for him to repair the refrigerator and to run some tests on the unit to make sure it worked properly. He cleaned up around the refrigerator and took time to explain to us what the problem was as well as what to do to prevent it from happening again. The entire time he was polite and professional. Excellent job. I highly recommend BK Appliances.

Bernard was courteous, friendly and very knowledgable. I heard from him immediately after placing the request with HomeAdvisor. Bernard checked out the problem and explained to me what needed to be done. He fixed it very quickly and the leak that had been occuring from the freezer is now gone! His rates are very reasonable. I would recommend anyone I know that has an appliance needing to be repaired to call Bernard. Thank you!

Promptly came and analyzed the situation. Unfortunately confirmed what I already suspected, that the cost to fix would be greater or equal to just buying a new fridge. However gave me thorough recommendations about what I should look for in my new fridge; I followed them and I'm very happy with my new appliance. If I ever have fridge problems I will call him again.

Excellent service!!!!!

Birds have been building nests in my dryer every spring for the past few years. I Had BK change out the outside vent to a cage type. This was done and more to make the venting more efficient. The repair person was personable, efficient, neat and knowledgeable.

Bernard showed up when he said he would, did what he said he would, and charged what he said he would - all in all, a good experience.

I was ready to throw away my dryer because I thought that it would not be worth pending money for the repair but I was pleasantly surprised that the charge only $50. to see if it was worth repairing and it was. I was so relieved that I did not have to spend the cash for a new dryer. Service was excellent and Bernard was extremely polite and knowledgeable.

Bernard was very helpful, I wasn't sure when my dishwasher would be delivered, once it was I called him and he was at my home within the hour. He was able to install it even though I did not have the proper installation kit (store told me I didn't need it). Luckily he had what was needed in his van. I would definitely use BK Appliances again and would absolutely refer him to my friends and neighbors.

Professional and responsive

Bernard was marvelous. We hired him to install three new appliances we bought from Sears (refrigerator, double wall oven and dishwasher). He came when promised, performed as promised and did everything he could to make our lives easier during this project. I recommend him wholeheartedly. He is now my "go-to" guy for all things appliances.
