Bernard called when he found he would be a little later than the appointment. He was courteous and efficient, and diagnosed and repaired my dishwasher very quickly. The response and repair were all done in the same day as help was requested. I would not hesitate to recommend BK to friends.

SUPER fast response - got to our condo even faster than we originally thought (the next day after our request) - got the repair done on the pilot lights of our gas stove. Affordable price! Awesome! Definitely use BK!

He also laid down a covering on my floor before he laid out his tools. Arrived on time and just overall quiet but pleasant person.

This is the second time I have used BK Appliances. The first time was about 8 months ago to fix my refrigerator and just this week to fix a clothes dryer. Both times they were exceptionally fast and polite! I will use them again, if I have a need, and I would easily recommend them.

He was really good, very polite and pleasant. He was in and out very quickly. I didn't have any faults with him. He was on time, did a good job, and cleaned up after himself. He even brought a wet vac to clean up the water that came in the basement once the clog was cleared.
