Called back right away, came over the following day (Friday) and returned on Monday to replace the engine. The dishwasher is working great now.

I would give Bernard 5 stars for quality, but he just left and I have yet to do use the dryer for regular loads. Seems to be fine so far. he only forgot to quote his hourly rate, other than that he's a top pro from start to finish. Got my '06 dryer up and running in less than 2 hours, including a run for the 2nd part not on his truck. A true professional, with discounted hourly rates.

I contacted BK to gather a second opinion on an issue I was having with my Sub Zero refrigerator. BK confirmed my suspicion that the first company had diagnosed a bogus issue that would cost thousands of dollars to remedy. The BK repairman was very honest in his assessment of the problem and was able to fix my refrigerator for a quarter of the cost. Overall: very positive experience with BK and would definitely recommend the company.

Bernard was on time, very efficient, great with communcation, and very honest. He diagnosed the problem and was able to order the part and as soon as it was in he called and came right over to install it. Everything seems to be working fine now, he's great, will keep his magnetic business card on my refrigerator so when I have any problems he will be me go to guy.

BK appliance responded immediately to my request and schedule an appointment promptly. The part arrived and within a few days my washer was agin up and running, spinning actually. Great service, courteous andprofessional. Will definately use again.

I got a call within 2 minutes of sending in my email request from BK. I also got called by the other repair service in the area, Mass Repair, 5 minutes later but i had already booked BK. He called my tenant immediately and scheduled the appt and repaired the unit. Very easy to deal with.

BK Appliance Repair Services is an EXTRAORDINARY FIND ! ! !. Mr. Bernard is a gifted and talented technician, a real professional in his field. Corteous and precise, knowledgable and able to diagnose, simplefy and explain any existing problems with any major appliance. Our large subzero side by side fridge had ben "fixed" multiple times supposedly by the "authorized" techs charging a fortune and never getting it right. BK Repair service did this perfectly for a reasonable cost. He also repaired several other large appl. ( dishwasher, central vac system, electric clothes dryer) all done right. We higly reccomend this Service.
