Twice Bernard never showed nor did he call. My time is important as well. Very unprofessional

Bernard called within 1 minute of my request. He set up an appointment quickly, arrived on time, performed the repair without any problem, was an expert in his field! A professional!

This unit was 1 year and 3 weeks old, just out of warranty. In the wake of the clueless response from Sears, BK, a small company, understood that there's a difference in urgency between a washer that doesn't work and a refrigerator/freezer full of food that's on the fritz. Bernard was here in 2 hours on a Sunday. He diagnosed the problem instantly, even though it was not the problem indicated by the error message displayed. His top-notch solution required a second visit, but resulted in no food loss. His price was totally reasonable.

Turns out our dishwasher wasn't using hot water to wash dishes. We thought we'd need a new machine, saving us lots of money. We were charged only a minimal service fee.

He was the first to call me back and gave me the earliest apt. anyone offered. He was on time, polite, tidy, and professional. I'll never use Sears again.

Fixed 'half of the problem' (freezer started working fridge did not) but came back the day after and fixed it all without charging for the second visit. responded well, were on time. i recommend them

Very pleased, BK will be my first call for appliance repair from now on. I especially appreciate Bernard's mission to keep appliances out of landfills, saving the customer money and walking more gently on the earth. I think the appliance manufacturers who make junk with planned obsolescence are detestable. Glad I had a good unit.

Bernard called me the same evening, came next morning and fixed my leaking freezer in a few hours. He was professional and knew what the problem was and how to fix it! I shudder to think how things would have turned out if we had tried to fix it ourselves! Very satisfied and would call him again if we ever need another appliance repair.
