Customers beware! Bernard always insist that the repair is worth the money by saying that they don,t make this good any more. In the past i spent over $300 to repair dishwasher but i should have use the money to purchase new one since I had to do it in the following year any way. Brand new DW cost less than $200 more. When he charged me for another $260 for an old washing machine, I decided not to hire him anymore since i found severe rust (he was hiding) beyond cleaning and junk the washer next day .

Bernard is fantastic. He provided different options for times he could come to my house and assess the problem. He was going to need some parts. It was past closing time for his supplier so he would call me the next day with pricing. He called with the cost of the parts and labor. Very reasonable. He called again when he knew the parts would be in to make another appointment to fix the dryer. When he got into the dryer he found a few other issues and was able to fix those as well with just a small increase on the quote since he needed more parts and did more work. I am very happy with BK.

We called BK Appliances as we were concerned that we had a problem with the broiler in our oven. He was willing to come to our house in the evening, after my wife and I were home from work, which was a huge help to our schedules! He took the time to investigate our oven, performed thorough electrical tests, and informed us honestly that nothing was wrong. He explained what the cause was of the signs we saw leading us to think there was a problem, and everything made sense. He even took a quick look at our washer and fixed a minor issue there. VERY fair pricing! Would highly recommend!

Mr. Bernard was excellent. I would highly recommend him for any service repair. He was very knowledgeable and you can't beat his prices! Very clean and polite and he gave me very useful tips for the upkeep of my appliances.

The service person was excellent. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very neat and cautious of the surroundings. He was terrific.

I have a mixed review. The quality of work was very good. Bernard was very prompt in contacting me and came to my home the same day. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the $50 fee to come onsite was applied to the repair bill. Customer service was less than desirable. The repair required a part to be ordered. What was supposed take a few days to repair took one week due to issues with ordering the part. Additionally, I had to contact BK for status during the week; rather than BK proactively contacting me. In all, a mixed experience.

Mr. Bernard is well knowledge in this field and no service charge to come to your house like other. I'm highly recommend if you need repair your appliances.

Called me quickly after my request. Very fair price and great service.

We had an agreement to diagnose the washing machine issue $50 and fixing cost would be based on the discovered problem. Also, $50 will be credited towards fixing cost if I agree to fix the problem. The issue was a sox was stuck in draining system and he has removed the sox and charged me $115. There was no any repair...just for removing sox he charged $115 which I believe it's not a value for money and poor customer service.

Bernard called me within minutes of my request. I explained what was wrong with my oven, It hasn't work in a year and I finally decided to have it looked at. He said it would cost $50 for him to come to the house. I was kind of hesitant because I was thinking if he couldn't fix it I would have to buy a new stove and he out $50. The company called me like couple of minutes after i requested at homeadvisor. Very quick which is good. And also the BK were available to do it the same day. Though i did not check the rate with sears technician. The BK appliance charged $225 for replacing heating element (includes part & labor) which is worth it.

Bernard called back before I logged off from the site. He came the same day, a small miracle, quoted me a fair price before coming. Performed a second task that was not in the original agreement. This was superb customer service. I will use him for all future plumbing chores

Ran a little late but checked in so it wasn't a huge deal. Found the problem quickly and repaired it. Very affordable and would use again.
