The repair man broke the dial off my machine and did not tell me. Told me I would need to replace the transmission and clutch, gave me a price after not even looking at the insides. He opened the top, broke the dial, poked arround for a few minutes and left with his check. Maybe it was because I am an elderly women or maybe it was because I didn't have the air conditioner on either way it was a very disappointing experience.

I barely hit the send key on my computer when I got a phone call from him. I'm in SC but my home is MA. My air conditioner needed repaired and he contacted the tenants and went out right away. Problem solved!

His price was good, great service, very thorough, on time, personable, all around he was excellent.

My Freezer (stocked full of food) would not work. BK appliance came out on a Sunday in the middle of summer to fix it. He did not have one part that was needed so he showed my husband how to fix it and told him to go to Home Depot and get the part. This saved us time and money. He was very professional and quick.

He did a great job the only reason I cannot give them 5 stars is because he was 10 minutes late that's all.I would highly recommend his service.

Our dishwasher broke on Friday. We were to have a dinner party on Saturday night. I called two other repair services. They couldn't come for a week. Bernard came before noon on Saturday, had the machine fixed in under half an hour. Great guy!

The man arrived on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. He appeared knowledgeable in what he was doing, and the problem was resolved one time. We haven't had need to call him back. Great job, BK!

I submitted the request for service and BK Appliance called within two minutes and was able to schedule for the following day. Showed up at the exact time specified and was able to complete all of the work that day. Was very professional and appropriate throughout the service call.

Bernard worked sincerely, but when the issue was not resolved he did not value the inconvenience caused to the customer. Came twice to repair the refrigerator. It worked for one day. When called again he did not respond for two days. Called again, was uncompromising in scheduling service. Gave appointment which was 10 days for the refrigerator to to sit not working. Did not budge when explained the difficult time without fridge for 10 days. Instead suggested us to use ice box! Gave up on him.
