I am in Raynham and had an issue with my furnace. I reached out to BK appliance and received great customer service and professional staff. Bernard was very helpful and punctual and he was able to find the issue with my appliance. He went bought the motor which was broken and there was a 1 day lead time on the replacement part, and he explained this upfront. Very professional and courteous staff and and I would use them again. Great value and pricing.

Bernard replaced our dryer duct. He explained what he was doing, He also made recommendations about our soap use in the washing machine.

Bernard was the repair man. He was probably the best repair person i have ever had. trust worthy, explained things to me ,and had a very good understanding of the job he was doing. The cost was the best part. Very reasonable.

We hired them to install our dishwasher and they were reliable and the cost was the best price around.

Spectacular Refrig/Freezer repair July 4th 8:30 AM I used BK Appliance and Bernard Kariuki was spectacular. I called at 930 PM Friday July 3 and BK came to my home at 830 AM Saturday July 4 and masterfully repaired my 30 year old Norge Refrigerator/Freezer that had stopped cooling. All other contractors on the HomeAdvisor list had answering machines. BK answered the phone. The repair required parts which he crafted to fit my very old frig. He was spectacular in every way.

He charged $165 for labor of 45 min and r22 at $25/lb (which was cheap but I can say if he really filled 5 lbs.). Overall I am happy except that it cost d $300.
