I would definitely recommend this company.They were friendly, knew what they were doing, and work was done in quickly. They had to order a part, and they returned in the time frame they gave me. I did not have to call them.

Bernard called me minutes after I submitted my appliance repair service request and showed up the next morning at 9:30 AM. He repaired our dishwasher to our satisfaction and charged a fair price. Thank you Bernard.

Bernard was able to repair our dryer but it required 2 trips to our home as he had to special order the correct parts for our LG clothes dryer. I rated BK Appliances at 4 stars because it required a 2nd trip our home, otherwise the rating would have been a 5 star rating. Cost was very reasonable for the repair and the 90 day warranty on the work is great.

I was very happy with this service. He was here the same day, was very knowledgable and professional. He fixed my washer and it's working great. He gave me a quote over the phone and it was more than reasonable. I will definately call Him in the future for all my appliance repairs.

Excellent from start to finish. Our washing machine was acting up and, having been burned by a local repairman, we decided to try BK based on their great reputation. Sure enough, they were amazing. We called around 10 am and they were working on the machine by 12:30. They even called when they started out so we'd know when they'd arrive. The problem was identified and solved within an hour and the price was extremely reasonable. Next time we have an appliance issue, BK will definitely be our first choice.

I gave three stars because they didn't call to let me know they were running late by forty five minutes. I had to call to ask if they were coming. When the gentleman did arrive, he was professional , apologetic and fixed my dryer quickly and efficiently and so as you can see I gave them a very good rating. It is very important to let the customer know that you are running late as this is the first opportunity the customer has to see how your business operates.

We've had an issue with our washer but it comes & it goes. It seemed to be ok when he came so he didn't really perform any work that is why I gave him 4 1/2. He was courteous & he was prompt. I would call him again

In general I think he did what I asked for. The fridge was fixed and saved me money replacing it. Hope it will last ....
