He does a very good job

Our 2 year old washing machine had been stopping at the spin cycle for months now, unable to easily complete a cycle without a lot of stops and starts. Bernard cleaned everything out and found several of my daughter's hair pins, coins, etc. impacting the pump. He had a new pump with him, so was able to swap it out at a fairly reasonable cost. It's been working perfectly ever since and we're very grateful. Would highly recommend Bernard to others and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

I called BK for a 14 year old Maytag, otherwise great dryer, with a burned out belt. I called Sears first. They couldn't fit me in for 5 days and said the technician would assess the situation and come back to fix it. BK came in less than 24 hours and fixed it on the spot. And the serviceman was very friendly, courteous and experienced. I will always call BK first from now on.

Bernard was right there @ time arranged. He did repair my washing machine in a timely manner. He had to order the part. I just thought he was expensive. Labor for less than 1 hour was $125. That was a surprise though I didn't ask his fees prior to hiring him. My washing machine is totally functional now. Better than having to purchase a new one. So I guess it was worth it.

Bernard showed when he said he would. He fixed the problem with my dryer in 35 minutes. The price was reasonable and he warrants his work for 90 days. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Very professional on time very satisfied

My 8 yr old GE Profile stopped cooling probably due to overheating caused by dirty coils/high humidity. Service man was at my house within one hour, diagnosed problem, fixed it at a reasonable price with a part he had in his truck. Very satisfied.

Way overpriced 180 dollars labor for 1 hour work ripoff

Bernard called immediately and we organised a date and time that was quick and convenient. He called on the day to let me know he was arriving on time and when he arrived he immediately got to work and quickly determined what was wrong and set about fixing it. He cleaned up after himself and helped me to put the shelves back in the fridge. Excellent work.

BK puts the customer first. He tries to provide the most affordable service.

Great person

This is the 2nd time I've used BK Appliances as I was so satisfied with them before. I would not hesitate to use them again, either. Bernard is honest and knows how to install, fix and maintain appliances. What more could one ask for?

Prompt response. 75$ for service call which is applied to cost of repair. Flat rate charges for repair I had a small leak in refrigerant which was due to a couple of loose screws and refrigerant top off. He likes to get the job done asap I had to stop him to first discuss the charges and details so as not to have any confusion after repair. Charges are fair, he is polite and the repair was done in a satisfactory manner. I would definitely use him again if I need AC service.
