Fixed my oven 15 minutes no parts 149.50 are you kidding me? ???

Very personable , but he had to reschedule due to a job needing more time than he expected. The call was made 40 mins, after I expected him.

I would definitely hire him again.

Not Happy with Results. Showed up on time seem to do decent work. Talked us into installing a New Motor for dishwasher as we said it always worked great until recently. After installation a few days later the problem was still the same. Came back again after I had to keep doing tests and he replaced the "brain" in panel behind dial. He Left and we did dishes that night we had the same exact issue where the detergent wasn't being dissolved and just ran down inside of door. Sent him almost an identical picture of why we contacted him in first place...No response this time...So paid $348 and dishwasher works the same as when we started. Would change ratings somewhat if BK had offered to try and make things right.

Took parts from the old dryer that he could not fix, then still charged $60.00 for service call. Ordered new motor, waited several days only to find out it was not the motor. Keep our old motor that was still working and told use to go buy a new dryer, it was unfixable. NOT A PERSON TO DO BUSSINESS WITH.

Was very responsive to my calls and timing of services rendered.
