Bernard was fantastic. Came out to check the dishwasher. The electronic board was bad and he didn’t have the part. On a handshake he ordered the part and said he would be back the next week. True to his word he called and installed the part and everything works like new. Great service, great guy and reasonable prices.

Upon completing my online HomeAdvisor request, the technician called me immediately to schedule a same day service call appointment. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem, did not have the part on hand, but came back later that afternoon with the part and got my refrigerator back in working order.

Technician called said would arrive between 3 and 5 pm - arrived at 2:40 pm. Had the problem diagnosed within 10 min.; replacement part on truck; installed and fridge running in another 15 min.! Am I happy? You better believe it.

The response after completing my request was immediate. Bernard came the next day and repaired my drying on time and he did a great job. The cost was $258. and that was more than what I had expected but it’s fixed and working!

Bernard texted and could come out right away for a failed refrigerator. He identified the problem quickly and told us we needed a control board which would need to be ordered. At first I thought it was expensive for the part, but checked it out at the manufacturer's website and it was accurate. He came back at the scheduled time and even called saying he was running a little late. Thanks for addressing our problem promptly, being fair in price and respecting our time by arriving when you agreed.

Arrived on time. Very courteous . BUT did not find all problems in spite of my showing him areas of concern. Promised to call me back with prices for repair but did not do so.

I hired BK Appliances to install a water line for the ice maker and water in my refrigerator. Bernard did a great job and took the time to ensure the water line was working properly before he left. He is a very nice and pleasant person. He charged a fee that I felt was fair and reasonable. Thanks Bernard!

Customer service is a 4 because they were 2 hours late and did not call, but once onsite they were great

BK Appliances came out right away to check my dryer. Found the problem and explained it. New part had to be ordered. When he returned to the shop found the part would take a little longer to get. Call me right away to let me know. Came out Monday, Sept. 11th, and fixed my dryer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Repairman was on time, repaired and installed a refrigerator water filter, then repaired a doorbell, all within a timely manner. He was very pleasant, professional and I highly recommend him.
