AL'S TREE SVC

Highly unprofessional!!! Called for a quote and I cannot be present as my work does not allow set hours. When I stated others can accommodate, she said then your all set. 30 years experience has ruined things. If a phone call is handled so poorly I can only imagine what service is like.

We won't be inviting him back to our property. Yeah, I was hoping for your sake that you wouldn't mention you had done work for us in the past. That tree removal was over 10 years ago and you were the cheapest quote we had. You hit our house with a log and left a large dent in our metal siding. We never brought it up because we were in the process of having the siding replaced. The tree did come down, but not as cleanly as we had hoped. As far as you assertions that my sons lied to me go, I believe my two sons over a stranger. You also annoyed us all day Saturday to get us to remove this review. I was going to, but you kept calling my husband while we were at a family wedding. This was not something he needed to deal with at such an event. Had you apologized to our boys, the job would have been yours and this review would have been gone. 9/12 The punctuality grade was N/A for "not applicable". You did no work for us, so the time you arrived does not matter. I was here 10 years ago when you damaged our house. We chose not to make an issue of it at the time because the siding was being replaced anyway. There was no storm damage to that tree. Your response says all that needs to be said about you. Denials and arrogance. My husband does not remember asking you repeatedly to do the work when you summoned him to your office that morning. What a waste of his time that was. He thought that you were wanting to apologize for your actions towards our sons. He came home very upset, and saying that he couldn't do business with someone who would treat his sons in such a manner. There was no issue between my husband and sons except perhaps in your imagination. I was with my husband as he was hounded at the wedding. You asked to speak to me and then when I got on the phone you suddenly got shy and pretended not to be able to hear me. I'm done with your games. I will not be bullied into removing my review and really couldn't care less if you are insulted. Donations are usually made as a gesture of goodwill, not a way of coercing business from people in the future. I have read Google and Yelp reviews about you that completely jive with our experience with you. You needn't worry about us ever calling you again, matter of fact we will not recommend your services to anyone we know. The only thing you can do at this point to fix this situation and maybe get the review removed like you want is to apologize to my sons, my husband and now myself for your rude, arrogant behavior. Buyer beware.

Al's Tree Service is the best tree service for your dollar in the Raynham area. He was prompt, did what was contracted for and cleaned up well afterwards and for the best price. Can't beat him.

I am having a solar system installed, and the company installing solar was taking down the trees necessary for solar panels. These trees were small, 4 inch diameter at most. This was included in solar installation price. Called Al's to ask if I could get a quote on grinding up the branches and trees. As their web site has a heading of Brush chipping/Stump Grinding. The women I spoke with was very curt, and said I should have the Solar company grind them up. The company web site says "We Go Out On a Limb For You", obviously not, since they would not even quote coming by and just grinding up the small trees and branches. You can be rest assured that I have any tree work in the future, Al's will be the last company I will call. This is unfortunate since this is a local company.

Crew arrived a little earlier than expected but that was okay. They were professional and quick. It took less than four hours and the trees in the backyard were at least 30 feet high. There was only one thing I didn't like was my yard did get a little tore up in one spot. The ground was still wet so it wasn't really their fault but definitely need a dry yard to work in as the truck they used was massive. They did try to fix it but I am going to need some dirt and grass seed come spring. Overall a good experience and it was fun to watch.

Found Al's Tree service by the sign they posted on a neighbors front yard. Al was very quick to respond to inspect the job and write up a quote. I did not use "Al's Tree service" for this job but I would defineately consider them and give them an opportunity to bid on future work. Al's company did provide the quickest (earliest) scheduled time to do the work, but for myjob I could afford to wait and chose a slightly less expensive contractor. Unfortunately for AL he became my second choice out of four bidders. He gets a B for prfessionalism became their office fax'ed me an insurance cert which had just expired. "OOps" They did update and fax me a valid cert once I pointed that out. This is just a warning that if you should us AL you should dot your i's and cross your t's when it comes to the paperwork and details of your contract. Despite this minor snafu "Al's Tree service" will be on my call list if I ever have need of urgent tree removal that just can't wait.

Took down both tress and we had no problems. Cleaned the yard. great job. I will use them again
