Hoctor could not have been better! They went way above and beyond when they had to exchange the defective product we had purchased for a much better product and installed it all in one day. The service was superior and the cost very reasonable. Don't hesitate to hire Hoctor to install your floor.

He is very good so far. Have only used his services for 2 weeks. Prices are very far and he is very polite.

I have hired Hoctor Built Homes for my landscaping needs. I met Shane yesterday, he is very professional, did the job in a timely manner at a very reasonable & competitive price. I will continue to use Shane Hoctor. It will be nice to be able to use one company for other needs, his company does all aspects of landscaping, plowing, general home maintenance, repairs & building. While this contractor originally contacted me about a landscaping issue I had, he ended up being a home contractor and was able to fix a leak in my roof. I was very impressed with his ability to just fix what needed fixing without trying to convince me that my whole (6 year old) roof needed to be replaced. He was quick and efficient and didn't over charge me. I would hire him again---maybe even for landscaping.

Shane and his crew were prompt, friendly and proficient. I appreciate their work. That said, I took issue with the fact that he said he had a "dump truck". He did not. He came with a pick up, albeit a large one, with sides. So, instead of the price for 1 haul with a dump truck, it took 3 trips costing more. A budget bending detail.

Initially I was disappointed with the first service (spring clean-up), but they stood behind their work and went above and beyond to address my concerns. Since this is a vacation home, I need to have confidence that the job will get done on time and without me having to chase after them. They do a very nice job and I can rely on them.

My experience w/ Hoctor started back at the end of August.It started just fine, Shane the owner came by did the lawn, all seemd well.Until the next time he was supposed to show up, which never happened.Even after a phone call to him, w/ a promise to mow the lawn the next day, still a no show.I posted a review as to what I experianced and w/in a week I heard from Shane who offered apologies and promises to be better.I gave him a second chance.Once I took down the bad review, again he became a no show.It's disappointing to say the least...I guess the small accounts are not that important to this company.
