The project went on longer than was promised and suffered unexpected setbacks, but Shane more than made up for that in the quality of his work and professional attitude. His prices were better than the four other estimates I had received and he went above and beyond what I would have expected from a flooring contractor. For example, on one of his trips to pick up supplies he was more than happy to purchase a couple of sheets of drywall for me for an unrelated project that I was working on. That alone speaks volumes for his commitment to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking to install wood flooring.
