They did a nice job, but after they left we had trouble throwing the lock properly. We called them, and the installer was back within 20 minutes and stayed until everything was absolutely perfect. Could not have asked for more, as occasionally problems occur. This vendor was fabulously responsive and helpful. I would recommend them highly.

When I called Jon Fuller Locksmiths, I got the response I wanted....."Yes, someone can be there late this afternoon." At 1:30 Chester called me to say that he would arrive at approximately 3:30. He was, in fact, a little early. He was thoroughly professional and a very pleasant young man. And he got the job done. I am happy to recommend this company.

We purchased a house in Harwich, MA approximately 2 years ago. Called Jon R. Fuller Locksmith to come and rekey our locks. We had no point of reference for his service. After his first visit to our new home, we were positive we had made the right choice. Since then, we have had them back again to complete another small job for us. We can't say enough about the wonderful service we have received from them. Highly recommend.

Was really pleased with the whole service. He had to come back to install the keyless system because I didn't give them the right information on the kind of entry I had (what do I know?) I liked that they thought about the whole door and made sure that it worked well. They fixed my shed door so that it shut completely. It closed, but the locking wasn't as secure because the original contractor didn't install it fully. I didn't even notice that the bottom lock didn't engage. Now it is much more secure. They also rebalanced my back door so that it shut more easily. It originally didn't even have an external lock. Now it has an external lock and it is easy to close. Nice, friendly and quick. Made everything really easy.

We contacted him because he is on Angie's list and set up an appointment to occur within a the week. He arrived very punctually and clearly explained our options. We decided on an option that he needed to order. He came one week later (again punctually) and completed the installation exactly as he had explained. Very professional and personable. We also appreciated that he did not push us to do more than was necessary.

I needed a last minute lock change and he was out that same morning and had everything sorted quickly. Couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

Jon was very professional. Did a great job. Had me try the new keys he made before he left.

Arrived exactly at scheduled time. Was very diligent about getting the job right. Took the time to determine that the current hardware could be repaired rather than just replacing it and charging us for new hardware. Indicated that if, for some reason, the hardware failed, he would replace it and charge only the cost of the hardware and not for another service call. Was unfazed when we added a new task and answered all our questions. Also, made sure to clean up afterward. I hope not to need it but if I ever have another lock problem I would definitely call them again.

After a potential break in at our home, I contacted Mr. Fuller on Friday. He immediately agreed to come out the following morning to change our locks. He arrived early, completed all the work that we needed done, was professional, clean and kind. He was able to make extra keys for us on the spot. I would definitely recommend him and would certainly use him again in the future.

Mr. Fuller arrived promptly on time on the day he promised and proceeded to complete the entire job in under an hour.

It couldn't have been better! They were wonderful and we will definitely use them again! We would highly recommend them.

Went very well - very friendly, very clean, and did a few extra things for me for free (fixed a lock that was sticking and added new screws to the hinges on a door to make sure it was closing correctly. Overall I was very impressed.

He is extremely efficient, extremely dependable and reasonably priced.
