 + -1 moreOur selling agent, Suzanne White, did an excellent job and provided very responsive, professional service throughout the process. This was the first time we had ever sold a home, and Suzanne was very patient and thorough in explaining everything to us, including market analysis, staging, required paperwork and inspections, and negotiations. She is a very experienced, knowledgeable professional and she did a great job for us.
Description of Work: Real estate services for the sale of our house. This included market analysis, showing the house to potential buyers, providing all the necessary paperwork in compliance with state law prior to the close.

Description of Work: We have been working with Anita Taylor since 2005. She sold my first condominium and helped us find our second condominium. She helped us find our next home and now is in the process of selling our second condominium. She is the best realtor in the business. Anita listens to our wants and needs and is always looking out for us. She is always available and ready at a minutes notice. Anita is very detail oriented and asking the right questions to potentials. We highly reccomend Anita. She is professional and a great person to work with. She is always upbeat and has a great attitude. We will continue to use her services and reccomend her to anyone we come across.
