WARD RENOVATIONS offers the following services: Anything under the roof we provide. We do bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations from full remodel to just small things like new floor and hardware. Finishing basements. We do any kind of flooring from hardwood, tile, u name it we can do it. Door and window installation. Installation of all types of trim, baseboard, door trim and crown. We provide wallpaper removal and painting. For outdoor work we refinish decks with either stain or a paint stain. We do alot of jobs were we leave a lot of the framing and will rip up old decking and replace it with trex. The most expensive option but we also provide is building a new deck from scratch. Also we do the railings. Other than decking we don’t do much exterior work
Some of the services I don’t offer are electrical I can do small things like swap out a receptacle. Same with plumbing small things like replace a p-trap under a sink or move the shower drain to accommodate for a new shower. Good thing is if I need any electrical done, one of my old coworkers was an electrical for 10 years same with my active nose and plumbing. As u can see by my hours 3:30-7 mon-fri and sat-sun 9-3. I work for well know company House Matters Renovations. My Boss has been working construction for longer than I’ve been alive. Ive been doing this for about 3 years now. The day I could legally used a power tool I started. So my hours might not be ideal for some homeowners. But I assure you that you will not be disappointed in the workmanship, and we keep your house clean!
