Description of Work: We called - we did receive a call back from Darleen on 7/30th .. which is understandable with the microburst damage to cleanup. However they didnt have someone available that could give a scheduled time to meet with us regarding what we wanted done ... they asked us to mark our trees and someone would drive by. No one came nor called to followup. ...

Description of Work: Company was to trim and remove three trees. One tree in particular was to be taken down for fear it would fall on neighbors garage. Company came early morning without the owner and two workers. They were confused to the work to be done. They did the work but in taking down the tree we feared would fall on the neighbors garage- it fell on the garage. In taking down this tree they drove through a wooded lot, knocked over two other small trees and made a mess. In talking with people we thought it would be fair to pay for all the work but the tree that fell on the garage. The owner would not agree to this- He wanted to come to the house and pick up the check...I told him I would mail it the next day and did so. The neighbors were in the process of selling the house....the closing was to be that week. Repairs had to be made before this could happen. It was stressful for them, for us (who are ages 85 and 75 ) and no effort at goodwill.
