+ -1 moreHorrible job covers up rotted wood scammer I called and complained and he tried to insure me that the soft white pine he used is structure safe after I told him I'm a contractor myself and I know pine is not structurally sufficient to hold the first floor above and it was out of level about a 3/8 of an inch due to the rotted sill plate that he cover up with piece of soft pine

+ -1 moreI usually recommend NE Termite and Struc. Repair. Eric, the owner is one of the few pest control contractors that can do the repair work and he is reasonable in costs. He's very honest and I have used his services for years. He is of a small stature, so fits into a lot more crevices and small areas of the home, so he doesn't need to put down inaccessible!
