Description of Work: They replaced 2 sections of chain link fence that had been crushed by a tree. The job involved cementing in new poles (in the rain), and returning the next day to complete the job. Fence looks great, everything was cleaned up very well. The dogs are now happy to have their back yard back because they were able to fit the repair in quickly.

Description of Work: They put in a vinyl fence dividing our property and our neighbors property. The representative who spoke with us regarding what we wanted and what his suggestions were, was professional and extremely helpful. |The young men who came to install the fence were careful, professional and cleaned the fence and the area once their work had been completed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks for a fence company.

Description of Work: These guys were fantastic. Price was the lowest we received and the service was fantastic. They showed up on time, did a great job and the fence looks fantastic. We will use them for the rest of your yard next year. Recommend GMH to anyone.

Description of Work: GMH replaced our fence around 6 years ago and the gate we had chose then was wood and it was nice but later I found it to be a bit bulky and not user-friendly for backing the car out of the garage. I called and explained the problem and within a week Glenn came to the house, looked it over and right away had the perfect plan to remedy my problem. He suggested to switch to a black steel fence and widen the gate with more room to swing both ways. Two weeks later they came out and removed the old wooden fence and installed exactly what Glenn said. It was Perfect and Very Nice Looking too...The functionality of the gate was also Perfect! On top of everything the 2 workers returned at the end of the day to check with us if we were satisfied with the installation and if any changes were needed. GMH was Awesome and Glenn came through again.

Description of Work: Fence was installed to resolve a long-standing property dispute with neighbor. Once settlement was reached, Mike Hastie came out the next day to inspect the property and the GMH crew showed up and installed our new board fence the very next day after that! Startlingly fast service! They had to extend an existing chain link fence to the property border and did a great job moving our existing post (which couldn't otherwise be matched) so as to make the extension virtually unnoticeable. Their crew was conscientious, courteous and efficient. The quality and price were both very good. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I thank Angie's list for informing me about their reputation in the first place. I wouldn't have considered them if not for their rating here.

+ -1 moreI called by an estimatte and was delighted when a person answered the phone (other companies, I had to leave a message and hope they call me back). I scheduled an appointment and Mike was right on time. He was the only one, from all my estimates, that gave the impression he actually wanted my business. Two weeks later, the crew came and put up the mosst beautiful fence. The men were very nice and VERY hard working. I know it's a little thing, but I did not hear one vulgar word from anyone of them and i really appreciated that. I was very impressed and will not hesitate to call them or recommend them in the future.
Description of Work: I had an 8 foot tall board fence installed on both sides of my house.

Description of Work: Received visits from both owner, and owner's son (different days). Got an estimate only, due to our financial circumstances, we'll probably need to wait until the spring to do the work. Estimators seem to know what they were talking about, and provided the quote in the manner we requested (both chain link and wood, with and without a gate). Both were very professional and answered any questions.

+ -1 moreI gave the job to GMH because they were professional from the very first minute I spoke to the Owners son. They committed to begin the week of 8/22. I spoke to the owner Glen and he said they arrived on Monday the 22nd (I was away on business). I was later told by my neighbors that they completed the job in 1 day and that everyone on the job was very professional.. My biggest concern was the perenial garden in fron of the old fence. I was affraid allot of the plants would get destroyed. To my surprised nothing was damaged. I have gotten nothing but compliments and have recommended GMH to my friends/neighbors. Thanks again for a great job, and good luck with your business. .

Description of Work: Installed 6 x 6ft high x 6ft long Classic Cedar Board panels using Classic Top pretreated 5" x 5" pressure treated posts. Removed old fencing leaving a clean tidy site. Installation completed within 3 hours.
