It was great! Arbortech is a great company, they have great communication, and are very professional. I am very happy that we hired them. They were very responsive.

They cracked my pavement. I would not use them again. It was a 90 ft tree. They had a piece of wood that hit my neighbor two houses down. We have a lot of problems. They repaired my neighbor’s deck but they haven’t repaired my concrete. They were very unprofessional. The price was great. I think they under charged us.

I left a message on their website asking someone to contact me about possibly selling me some firewood. I got a friendly call the next day and I was able to explain what I wanted (small and seasoned logs) and was able to pay over the phone. By the next day I had my wood. The logs are the right size for my small fireplace and the wood burns great! FINALLY found a good firewood supplier!

They did a great job. From my initial exchange with Dana to the consult with Laura to the final results, we were pleased. Dana was very responsive. Laura came out and looked over the yard and determined what trees needed to go. She provided an estimate within four days. We did some shopping around and they came in lower than the other companies we spoke with at the time. We were scheduled within four weeks. The crew took the trees out and did the stump grinding and debris removal all in one day. They came back the second day to take away the logs. They did a great job. Two of our sprinkler pipes were hit in the process of the grinding, but a an email to Dana and she made arrangements for a sprinkler company to come out and fix the pipes. The customer service was wonderful.

Arrived on time, completed the work in timely fashion, cleaned up thoroughly. We were so pleased that we have since hired them again for other smaller projects.

He was excellent and very nice. He even recommended someone to stack the firewood for me and placed it by the porch without me asking. It was very handy.

Randy and his crew arrived on time and on the day they said they would. They took down 9 massive norway spruces the tallest at 80 feet h...they were majestic monsters but sadly planted in the wrong spot. (To close to the street, and looked incredibly bad due to electric co having to cut 1 side off to allow wires to be unobstructed, however not close to any buildings so easier to get to for take down) The crew was efficient and done on the day of service, as they said they would be. The pickup of the logs was done the very next day, as agreed. We agreed for them to leave the mulched wood chips from branches and stumps; but would let them know if all the surface roots were ground down as it was difficult to see. We were able to complete grading out of the areas approx 2 weeks after The service, and a few surf roots remained. I called Ann ( really great lady) and they put us on their schedule ...didn't know when they came but they tweaked these small areas, and stood by their service. Great experience! For those who've never hired a tree company ( like us) this is the team to go with.

It was a great experience. They had a great price and good quality. I give them all As and would use them again in the future.

They were very professional. They initially told us it would probably take 2 days to get all 3 trees down and out because of how our yard is and how close we are to our neighbors. They were done in about 6 hours. They didn’t damage either yard. They were really good. They did a really good job and we were very happy with them. The price was a little high. We would absolutely use them again.
