Description of Work: I called for a chimney cleaning and the only thing that got cleaner was my wallet. In my initial conversation I made it clear that I wanted my chimney cleaned, and was given some Cleaning vs. Inspection pricing ratio. I should have ran then. Subsequently a woman and a man arrived, and were in a big hurry to leave. Of course the neglected to tell me on the telephone, they don't clean chimneys that don't have liners, but they knew someone who would charge 5 g's. They could only Inspect my chimney. Time spent inspecting? 10 minutes, cost $60.
