Well, Larry's team was quick, efficient and did a nice job with each. Their people are also polite and courteous.

Did an excellent job. Had to avoid the septic system with the heavy equipment and operate in a narrow section of the yard. All three trees were close to the house. The work was done quickly and professionally. They left the yard in excellent condition -- filled topsoil in the depressions and planted grass. All material, brush, etc., was removed. We are very pleased, could not have asked for anything better!

Larry called within a few hours of posting my request and came for a site visit the next morning. From the moment he introduced himself, it became clear that this was a guy who "knew his stuff". He listened to and understood my wish list and made great suggestions regarding trees. Larry's enthusiasm, energy and eye for detail were incredible. It was clear that he loves what he does. He took notes, and later that day located the trees I requested and put together a proposal, which I accepted immediately. If we hadn't had to wait for the utility companies to mark the "don't dig" areas of the yard, the trees would have been planted within a few days. Incredible! The day the 11 trees were delivered (Saturday), Larry showed up with his crew -- 5 trucks, a backhoe, and at least 8 courteous, polite and conscientious crew members. They worked efficiently and flawlessly to get the trees placed and came back Monday to plant and stake them. The crew carefully dug and mulched circular beds beneath each tree. The trees are magnificent -- much taller and fuller than I could have anticipated. The yard now looks spectacular. Neighbors have stopped by to comment how great things look ("outstanding" and "fantastic" are just two of the words used to describe the results). Based on research I had done, the prices for trees and installation was extremely competitive. The entire experience could not have gone any better or been more positive. A final and very important comment is that Larry was (and is) very accessible. He answers his phone and answers questions immediatey. We have even talked twice since the job was completed -- he truly takes care of his customers. This is almost unheard of in today's disconnected world. For several months, I had been attempting to hire local landscapers for this job and NOT A SINGLE COMPANY ANSWERED THE PHONE OR RETURNED MY CALL, so when Larry actually responded, followed up and was available for questions, I knew I had struck gold. I plan to use Professional Tree & Landscape Construction Inc. for any and all future projects. This is a terrific business and I look forward to working with Larry and his crew again.

I am so pleased with the quality of work that they did for me. Larry quoted me a price that did not scare me and I truly appreciate that they pay their employees decent wages as well as workmens comp. The crew that came to my house - Jeremy, Dillon and Eddie, were phenomenal. They left my property every day cleaner than when they got here. They did a number of little things that were not included in my agreed upon price as well as gave me a bush and 4 good sized rose bushes for free which I truly appreciate. I have to start by saying that this is not the first time that we used this company. A few years back we had a large number of trees and stumps removed. Most of them were very close to the house and everything was done safely. All debris was removed and the area was hand raked. Very happy with the result. The work that was done this time was stone and fence work. The stone work consisted of cobblestone border around the perimeter of the driveway and walks and a cobblestone apron. All the stones were cemented in, the stones were level and straight, the apron had the correct slope. Larry ( The owner) brought by a piece of beautiful stone that he wanted to include in the pad.( At no additional cost) We were not sure how it would look, but trusted Larry and his crew. The accent stone is beautiful. In addition the driveway was graded, stoned and rolled. Everything done exactly as we wanted. We also had cedar fencing and gates installed. All done with the same care as the driveway. All in all they were at our home for nine or so days. The guys are a pleasure to have around, the job site was always neat and all equipment removed at the end of each day. I urge anyone who hires Professional Tree and Landscape Construction to take the time to get to know Larry and his crew. I am certain that you will benefit from their knowledge, as we have. Pricing is good, no surprises, just honest professional service.

Was looking for a landscaping company for a few years and the wait was worth it. The finish work exceeded expectations. Professional Tree & Lanscape Construction, Inc. crew was extremely professional and realistic from initial contact until the end of the job. They value their customers and take pride in their work. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a one-stop shop for all their landscaping and tree removal needs.

Great. They did a quality job and the group was very professional. In addition they were able to perform the work in a timely manner. We were leaving for an extended trip to Europe and needed to have the work done before we left and they were able to accommodate.

The work was started on 1/19, and completed 1/20, in my mother's backyard. While traveling to Massachusetts last month, my brother and I had the opportunity to meet Larry and discuss the required scope of work. This consisted of existing tree (mostly pines & sugar maples) removal and property cleanup (i. e., mostly fallen trees) that accumulated over time due to snowstorms and high winds. Also, general cleanup was performed (i. e., raking the yard, ancillary waste disposal, etc.) Larry is definitely a seasoned professional, and clearly knows his business well. His crew was professional, friendly, courteous, and punctual. Quality work was performed on-site. Thank you, Larry, and your team, for an excellent job!

Beautiful professional job! We are very pleased.

We had a scheduled appointment that was set 3 days ahead of time for Sunday between 9a/10a. Larry did not show up for the appointment. A follow up call was placed to me asking if I still needed help. I explained to him that I was under the impression our appointment was for Sunday and he stated “ahh I just couldn’t make it” without even calling. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time

The arborist, Larry, who evaluated the job called promptly to make an appointment. He arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, and clear about what did and did not need to be done to address our concerns. The job was booked for about a week away. The company reminded us the day before and work began promptly. The first part of the job was the trees overhanging our neighbor, who had given permission to access the trees through his property. At the end of the day the job was complete and his yard was left spotless. Not a rut from a truck or stray branch anywhere. We had the same experience with the work that was done along our other boundary. They trimmed/cut only what was needed from our neighbor's trees, clearly respecting the fact that those of us on both sides of the property line value the shade, privacy, and habitat trees provide. We opted to expand the job a bit, removing more trees on our side of the boundary. They were not a problem now, but would have become problems in the near future. The crew cleaned up everything before they were done and put down grass seed where tire tracks had disturbed the ground after rain. This company was professional, efficient, and courteous at every phase of the job. Their price was competitive and they readily provided their insurance information. When we need more work, we will definitely hire them again.

It went beautifully. It was a huge job and they did a great job, I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Most importantly to me was they came when they said they would be there. They worked a full day and even 1/2 days on Saturday. I had to wait to get on their schedule as they already had jobs lined up but once they started, the progress was rapid. They weren't cheap but they were definitely in line with the other landscapers I interviewed and who gave me estimates. Larry also gave me ideas as to how to get things accomplished in a more economical way without compromising the look I was attempting to create. I found Larry easy to work with, prompt and always returned my phone calls. He was available to answer my questions and did a great job.

We had Larry from Professional come out to review the work that needed to be done and provide a quote. The quote was higher than any other that we had received, but we were confident in the quality of work that Larry's team would be able to provide, after all, you get what you pay for. What gave us this confidence? The several positive reviews from past customers, the 'A' rating and the knowledge and professionalism that Larry displayed while on site pricing out the job. Larry didn't just walk the property and give us a quote as the other competitors did. He took his time to walk the property with us and explain what he was going to do and why it was important it needed to get done. He went over several options with us and we chose the plan that worked best for us and our lawn. Larry reviewed our lawn on a Saturday and was able to expedite our project and get his crew onsite and working the following Tuesday (that Monday was a holiday). The job only took two days and the old lawn was removed, cleaned, loamed and re-seeded. They trimmed the hedges and shrubs, mulched the shrub/flower beds and tree rings, edged the mulch beds and tree rings and top dressed the other side of our lawn with new seed and loam to fill in the bare spots. Two weeks later I am writing this review. Our new lawn is coming in nicely and our mulch beds look fantastic. There were heavy rains the day that the seed was spread which could have washed some of the seed away, but the crew foreman, Riley (Larry's son), assured us that if the lawn came in spotty, they would come back to spread more. You will see the before and after photos of the condition that the lawn was in before, a couple shots of the lawn a week and a half after the work was done and a couple from today (2 weeks later). I would highly recommend Professional Tree & Landscape to anyone who asked.

The Professional Tree crew were very prompt, careful and considerate of our property during the entire process. I would say the key to my satisfaction was directly related to the very able foreman, who Larry had on the job, from start to finish. Trees were removed, some existing shrubs were relocated on the property and new ones were planted. Lawn irrigation system was installed. Cobblestones edge the driveway which is crushed stone. Sod was laid in the backyard and seeding in the front. Granite steps were installed at 3 entrances to the house. Larry has returned In 2017 to assess the lawn and make recommendations for me to care for the property. We are very pleased with the work performed by Professional Tree. I highly recommend Larry Gonet and his company .
