Description of Work: After 2 false starts with septic tank service companies in Bourne who didn't show up for pumping appointment or didn't respond after sending requested info, I tried calling Warren cesspool - they are a little further away in East Falmouth. Patti answered the phone, answered all my questions and made an appointment for the next time they could get a large truck to our houses in Bourne. They called to confirm that they had all the information after I emailed to them, then called to confirm the appointment the day prior. The driver showed up at exactly 8 AM, was very professional, found the tanks (one hadn't been located since 93), pumped, restored the lawn so that I couldn't even tell where they had dug, answered all my questions. Yes, you can be very appreciative of a septic company, especially when each employee gives professional service. I sure hope we never have a crisis but if we do I am glad I have a business relationship with these folks. This company is also known as Rabesa Subsurface. Highly recommend

 + -1 moreWhen I called Warren Cesspool to schedule an appointment, I left a message which was promptly returned. I ended up having to reschedule our appointment to the following week and the office staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The service person arrived on time (we were provided with a two-hour window) and was very professional. We were very pleased with the level of professionalism we received from making the appointment to the service provided.

 + 0 moreThey arrived on the same day I called. The tech was very friendly and patient as he answered all my questions. They kept a map of my property so they were able to locate the cover very quickly. He had to dig down to locate the cove and pump the tank. He also cleaned the pipe leading into the tank. He gave me a list of do's and don'ts for taking care of the septic. The job took roughly 1 hour. When he finished he filled in the hole so it doesn't even look like anyone was here. A great job
Description of Work: Dug out the septic cover and pumped the tank. Tank was 1500 gallon tank.

We only have to call and they take care of the rest. I wish all of our service providers were as professional, thorough, and friendly as Warren Cesspool.
