Description of Work: Multiple times Stephen has been There for us - always has been exceptional in response to our calls, whatever the problem: furnace, hot water heater, stovetop, kitchen sink. He is highly capable and caring and professional, often "going beyond" with suggestions and recommendations. We heartily recommend him and value his expertise.
