Description of Work: Cleaning was extremely thorough but hourly rate was way too high for services rendered because 3 people were sent: one, OUTSTANDING and in charge, the second, very good but late and the third, a brand new person, being trained who had not been given her "cleaning kit" and who really dragged the first 2 down. Vendor adjusted second cleaning bill to accommodate my concerns but just too expensive to keep on a regular basis.

Description of Work: They did our housecleaning in your vacation home. They clean it every week when we turn the tenants over.
