 + 0 moreDuffany builders was selected to build my Falmouth home. They wasted over a year not getting the plan done and costing me thousands in design changes as they failed to take us through an organized process. When we finally got the design and permits, 18 months later, they expected me to have them build without a full cost proposal. I switched contractors to Cataldo, and what a difference! Organized, and on point! Unfortunately, after paying Duffany in full for the work they did, they kept a deposit on material I paid them for

 + 0 moreTerrible! Lost 18 months due to a completely disorganized design and permit process and refusal to provide a complete cost proposal.. Duffany still owes money due to keeping deposit money I paid. Ultimately, had to hire Cataldo builders to build the home...they were very organized and have done a great job.

Description of Work: Most contractors on Cape Cod are terrible, Duffany's crew is great: they show up, are efficient, and do great work. I highly recommend them

Description of Work: Repaired rotten back wall of the walk-in basement of the house. Replaced sliding deck door, replaced one of the basement windows, reshingled part of the wall under the deck and above the deck. The work invoved detaching the deck and moving it off the wall to provide the space for repairs. Reattached the deck providing space for the proper rain water drainage between the wall and the deck. | |Repaired gutters and improved the drainage system by redirecting flow from the spouts to the underground pipes. Built artificial grade off the house wall to divert the flow of rain water and additional grade in the back yard. Miscellaneous repairs in the house. | |Installed Ultra-Aire dehumidifier into the basement.
