+ -1 moreMr. Lumbert was very communicative by text message, showed up when he said he would, and had everything done just as we asked in the time frame he quoted. This was work on a 2-bedroom condo in Falmouth MA. No comments or complaints from neighbors when he was working on our unit. Would definitely recommend and would hire again.
Description of Work: Painted all ceilings and interior of closets, all trim (baseboards, crown molding, doors and frames), some walls. Included preparing the surfaces.

He bought the supplies, moved everything as needed and put it back exactly as found. The painting looks great. There was nothing we weren't happy with.

+ -1 moreI called Jason for an estimate to paint walls, trim and ceilings for 3 rooms after reading positive reviews on this site. He returned my call the same day, and was at my house the following day to provide me with an estimate. His prices were extremely fair and he also offered a 10% discount coupon. He provided me with his contact info for the discount on paint when I purchased it at the hardware store which was unexpected and very much appreciated. He estimated that he would be able to start within 2-4 weeks and was ready by 2 weeks. He completed the job in approximately 4 days. My rooms are beautifully painted with great attention to detail. I am extremely pleased with the outcome, and have referred him to a family member. I would definitely call him again and recommend his work without reservation. Thank you Jason!

Description of Work: Jason prepped, primed and painted approximately 6 interior rooms including the living room with cathedral ceiling. Jason primed, prepped and painted the exterior trim and front of the Cape style home, including power washing and preserving the front porch and back deck.
