Description of Work: They were very professional in all aspects. They fully explained all work that was being done and provided estimates for some future work. |My original service was scheduled out further, however I asked if they had a cancelation, would they keep me in mind. To my surprise, they remembered and called with a open appointment from someone who cancelled.

Description of Work: Purchased a 1955 ranch in which previous owner had done repairs himself with no knowledge and with whatever materials were lying around. Chimney leak---sealed chimney and new cap---old cap was secured with fishing line and hooks, No leaks after all this rain! Did a good job!--------They cleaned chimney----when I used fireplace there was light smoke and soot coming into room. They came back. It was found that the previous owner had put in a malfunctioning damper after removing a pellet stove. They fixed it without charging me me more than the original price. So, I would say that if you have a problem, they will find it and fix it! ---------I must mention that they are very neat & clean. I covered things and cleared the mantel but I really didn't need to. Also, they let you know everything they plan to do and what they did in detail. They are busy so you may have to wait a bit for routine checks.

+ 1 moreAgain as above, they were couteous, professional, came when they were scheduled. They are the only company that I will use after being unhappy with previous ones.
Description of Work: Cleaned, waterproofed and sealed chimney. Installed vent for dryer. Checked entire system. Have had them for cleaning chimney earlier and I was impressed and had them fix a leaky chimney. Great company!

Description of Work: Chimney capped and sealed. Falmouth Chimney has also swept our chimney and installed wood burning stoves. All work was completed as described on schedule and as priced in estimate. Work was completed to a very high standard in all cases.

+ 1 moreI have dealt with chimney companies before and was not completely satisfied for many reasons. I was most impressed when they came for the biannual cleaning so I called them when I had serious leaking. Joe came out and examined the inside, went up on the roof and then gave me a quick oral appraisal. A few days later a written estimate came in the mail complete with pictures of what he saw on the roof. I have had companies stand in the driveway, look up and give me an estimate. Because of all rain this spring, some of the work had to be postponed, but they always called in advance when this happened and gave me an alternative date. Otherwise, they arrived when expected. Everyone was great from the office person to Joe, the owner, to the men who did the work. I will use this company whenever I need something done with the fireplace or chimney.
Description of Work: First a cleaning of the chimney then I called them about a year later when the chimney started leaking. They recapped, fixed flashing, repaired cracked crown. Then came back and waterproofed the chimney.
