+ -1 moreAfter a week, I called him to ask if he had gotten a chance to get the estimate done as I really expected it within a few days. I left a message on his cell and he never returned my call. Time went by and still no estimate or return call. Finally, a bit over one month after the estimate appointment, it came in the mail. It only included without the hot water heater. Needless to say, we had already had visits from other companies and were going to start the work with another company 2 days after the estimate arrived.
Description of Work: We called for an estimate for a new gas boiler system. He was able to come within a few days of my call which was nice. He spent a lot of time with us going over things. We asked him to estimate with and without a new hot water heater. I wanted this to work as I really liked him, he is a local guy and that was important to me.

+ -1 moreWhen I received approval, I chose Cool It because I felt most comfortable with Mark's initial consult. Once I received bank approval for the "0" interest loan, Mark was able to install the furnace within 2 days. Highly recommend Mark Pierce for heating and air conditioning needs
