 + 2 moreCarlos Santos was fully professional. He came to us when asked. He did not have a packaged sales pitch, but listened to us describe our needs. He then examined our property and came up with alternatives. He submitted a quote which we believe to be fair, stuck with that quote for the work included in it, showed up on time, and performed the work well. We would recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Replaced 5 windows, repaired gutters and replaced associated shingles and trim, install aluminum trim on 9 windows and a few small miscellaneous tasks.

 + 0 moreThis contractor did everything he was asked to do, and more. He notice that our roof was unvented at the ridge, which didn't meet code. He abated the issue by putting them in. We are proud and pleased to award our highest recommendations.
Description of Work: In November 2011 I detected a leak in the roof. Given the temperature, the roof rec'd a temporary patch, at the low fee of under $100.00 In the spring we scheduled to have the roof replaced while away on 1 weeks vacation.

 + 1 moreCarlos was always a pleasure to deal with. He was prompt in returning my calls. The house looks wonderful and the quality of the work he did was so outstanding that we are having him perform some additional repairs to a couple of windows that have rotted trim. As an aside, I highly recommend the Azek vinyl. It looks great, wears well, never needs paint, and is resistant to bugs. http://www.azek.com/azek-trim/styles.html
Description of Work: Reshingled three sides of our Cape house and single car garage. Old shingles were stripped off and replaced with new clear cedar shingles. All wood trim was replaced with Azek vinyl boards (new corner boards were installed, soffits and peaks were replaced) Also installed new vents, and several new gutters and downspouts were replaced. All work was done in a professional manner and the property was left neat and tidy.
