Terrible, terrible, terrible. The WORST experience we've EVER had !! Watch out Plymouth, MA and Cape Cod area !!!We met with Erik a few times in June 2012 to review our renovation job and we agreed on a price. He suggested that we purchase all of the big price items that he'd need to do the project and we put them in our cellar as we purchased them. We were confident that he'd do the job well as he came with good references. We saw him (and his uncle the plumber) a few days before he was going to start our project. They said that they were ready to tackle the job, we wished him good luck then we left for vacation to get out of their hair. We called his cell phone while we were away just to do a friendly check.... no answer. We called again, left messages for him to return our calls... no response.When we returned home from vacation ten days later we found that he had NEVER been in the house. We had ordered items to arrive while he was supposedly at the house working but they were waiting outside our garage door.... soaking wet. We tried to contact him via his cell phone and left him email messages, called and left messages with his uncle the plumber to call us back, no response from either of them. Thank goodness we never paid him anything up front !! His Facebook site shows that he's having fun fishing in the Plymouth area. Be aware Plymouth and Cape Codders !!!We have absolutely no idea what happened and are extremely disappointed that he never indicated that he had no intention of doing our two bathroom renovation project. What happened????Do NOT waste your time going near this fellow. We should have read between the lines when he came to visit with us each time and never took notes, never measured or provided us with drawings based on our previous conversations.Bad news!!
