A Plus Chimney Service

Andy and his son worked harder on the roof than usual as part of the equipment broke and he did most of the work by hand. Also, the town said our water pressure was 80 and apparently it was not so this was another hurdle for Andy but he did an absolutely wonderful job. My roof looks brand new and outshines every other roof in the neighborhood. He then applied the sealer to prevent future growth of the black algae. He is the only contractor that applies a sealer for the protection of the roof and we are very appreciative as we are surrounded by roofs with black algae and as I understand it, it spreads by the wind.

I thought it went very well. When they came out to give me an estimate they were able to tell me that my roof had a soft spot, which was nice to know. They were very professional. When I asked them a question they answered it without talking down to me. They were able to show me why they needed to do some of the work, which I kind of appreciated. The crew was very good while they were out. They were here when they said that they would be and they got all of the work done. They stayed late to get all of the work done and they took the time to clean up after themselves. I was happy with their estimate, because I thought that it would be higher. I called them to come back out and they have not returned my phone calls for the second project. I was quite happy with their work, however I have been upset with their lack of response.
