When we returned from our vacation we found that the work had not been done. I called United Sealcoat and left a message on their answering machine asking what had happened. My call was not returned. I called again the next day and spoke with Katie, Mike's wife who told me that she did not have our job on the schedule but that she would have Mike call me. Mike never called. I called United's office the next day and left a message telling them to cancel the job. That message has not been acknowledged. Throughout this process I initiated all phone calls - United Sealcoat never called me with an explanation as to what was going on.
Description of Work: United Sealcoat provided a prompt estimate and I agreed with the price. Mike Lloyd, the owner of the company, met with me at my home and we agreed that he would do the sealcoat while my wife and I were away on a two week vacation.
