They sent someone to assess the problem the very next day. The crew were very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to immediately identify the problem and provide a plan to correct it. I would definitely call them again with any future issues and recommend them to others.

Professional and prompt -- came that afternoon and disposed of the 2 groundhogs we'd trapped that were wreaking havoc in our garden. If we have similar problems, we will definitely contact again.

Seth stopped by to look at the job. He was quite knowledgeable and friendly. When he left, he indicated he would send an estimate. A one line estimate arrived in my email a week later. The price was high, but I wanted the critters out. I asked him to expand on the estimate so that both Precision and I would know the job was done completely as we had discussed at our meeting. He indicated he would expand on the estimate, but he never did. We used someone else.

Excellent They were responsive and thorough

The admin that handled the call was very efficient. The guy showed as expected within the 2-hr window they committed to the day after the call. A tenant has complained some noises were heard, possibly a bat or squirrel, in the recessed ceiling. The guy inspected the area and found no signs of scratching or droppings. Installed traps that remained there for 3 days. No creature was captured but the noises disappeared - possibly the creature found its way out of the house. Guy was very professional, took time to explain possible scenarios and next steps. I'd certainly call them again.

During the past couple of years, we’ve heard noises in our attic. We thought it was a mouse, but when our pest control company came over, they showed us bat droppings on the attic floor. We tried to find any openings where they were coming in, but couldn’t figure it out. Eventually we were getting a bat flying around our house about once a week. At that point we decided, we needed to call someone who has expertise in bats. Our pest control company recommended Precision Wildlife Services (PWS). Seth from Precision Wildlife Services came out in August 2013 and checked every area of the house from top to bottom. Seth was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and also explained bat activity to us. He was very thorough examining the whole house for areas which could be entry points. He sealed up areas that he believed to be entry points and also installed two one way doors in different areas for the bats to leave and not able to return. PWS came back weeks later (I’m not sure of the name of the employee who came) to remove the one way doors and sealed up the openings. He told us he saw markings showing evidence of the bats actually leaving though one of the one way doors. We were very impressed with PWS and happy to have selected them to help us. They were very professional, experienced in dealing with animal exclusions, and very pleasant to deal with. We don’t have any bats and we learned a lot from them

Precision Wildlife answered my call right away and sent a technician at a time convenient for me. I made them aware that they were providing a second opinion, since I'd already had one estimate that I thought was somewhat high. The technician inspected all areas of my home, including walking on the roof and dormers and checking out my attic (the trap door entry above a stairwell makes it no easy task!). He took photos to show me entry point and other evidence of bats and gave a full explanation of the work to be done and the cost. I was comforted by the fact that the tech did go into the attic---the first company did not. That -- and the fact that the cost was $600 less than the other estimate for the exact same work -- sealed the deal. I was not disappointed. The technician called to let me know what time he would arrive and was professional and very knowledgable. The sealant used is black, and I was concerned about the appearance along the soffits. However, he did a very neat job and it looks like a shadow if one were to look up at the soffits. All in all, a great job. The exclusion doors will stay in place for a few weeks, at which time the technician will return to check everything out and remove them and ensure that all is well. I recommend Precision Wildlife without reservation.

My daughter and I were watching television home alone while my husband and son were at a movie. We noticed something fly past the door in the outside hallway and at first thought it was a bird before logic told us it must be a bat. We slowly closed the door to close ourselves off and began calling. We initially called our animal control who refused to give us a referral. We called 6 different animal removal organizations starting with those closest to us (hoping for the fastest service) before calling Precision (who were 30 minutes away). Surprisingly, the last we called (Precision) were the FIRST to call us back. After a quick chat he was in his car and gave us an estimate from his GPS - 29 minutes. We continued to hear the bat flap against the door to the room we were in so we knew it was still 'active'. The representative from Precision came in through the front door (which was open) per my request and then upstairs . He searched every room and spent well over an hour before finally finding it (apparently it was hiding). Relieved we were able to get a good night's sleep. The cost was more than worth it to us and included a visit to assess potential bat infestation as a follow up. I would definitely recommend them again. Excellent customer service and professionalism.

We had just moved into our house but were not aware (though the previous owners must have been) that there were squirrels in the soffits. Prompt, genial, and successful at removing an entire family and cleaning out and replacing the loose soffit afterwards. Even came by over the weekend to check the traps. One squirrel was left behind in the soffits originally after closure and they came back and reopened the soffit and removed that squirrel as well without additional charge.

A bat got into my apartment living room. I hid out in my bedroom until morning and then called Precision, since they advertise a specialty in bats. On the phone they were helpful and informative. They responded the same morning. They charged less than the usual price ($195) since the bat was dead by then and easy to find. They checked out the house, including from the roof, and made recommendations to prevent the problem in the future. I got an education about bats as part of the service.

I think they did a tremendous job -- as a matter of fact I was plagued by those tiny pavement ants coming in the house in March for 2 years in a row and this year none came in and I do see them outside on my brick patio so I know they are still around........that is how tightly sealed my house is now. Nothing can get in. I did not expect this extra benefit from Precision Wildlife sealing the house but needless to say I am thrilled that I was able to return to the store the indoor Terro Ant Baits I bought in anticipation of pavement ant intrusion. Their work is warrantied unless you have any repairs done to disrupt the seal. We have a lot of field mice, moles, voles, and other animals in the immediate area and it is nice to go down to the basement to do laundry without wondering what might be down there.
