 + -1 moreWe went looking for another company to do a cover and the Pool Place told us they did covers, but instead had Pool Pros get in touch with us. I didn't want to do business with Pool Pros because of the experience with the so-called invalid liner estimate.Again we went with a different company.
Description of Work: Pool Pros did not do anything. The quote for the pool liner was too high so Norma (who is very nice)re-negotiated, but their receptionist Brittany tried to say it was not a valid agreement because they really didn't measure the pool. I told her Norma did indeed measure the pool, but Brittany disagreed. They were supposed to call me back after I emailed them the week of Aug 1 but they did not call, and did not answer calls until the third week of August. By that time, I had found a more reliable company.

 + -1 moreBill, Phil and Josh have no idea the gift that they gave me! I am in the process of putting my house on the market and really needed to have the pool working. There was no way I could get the earth out of the pool. I had called my usual pool service company but they didn't want to touch it so I saw them working at my neighbor's house. I asked for an estimate and they were very reasonable given the amount of work I knew they would have ahead of them. They started the next day and stayed with it until it was done. The muck that was in the pool amazed me along with 6 patio chairs, a cinder block and about 100 frogs! Not only did they do that, but my pool shed was full of stuff so it had to be emptied out to get to the filter. Because the patio and apron around the pool got a lot of the muck on it....they pressure washed the whole thing down for me! They were so amazing! In spite of being really busy, they took the time to help me out of a real hard situation. They have a new customer for closing and opening from now on. I appreciate all of them more than they know. I highly recommend Pool Pros, the prices are reasonable and they went above and beyond my expectations!
Description of Work: The pool hadn't been used in a few years so it had become a frog pond. They took off the cover, drained it down and then had to scoop all the earth that had been filtered back into the pool from a faulty part on the filter. What a huge MESS! They were here from morning to late evening and came back the next day and got the pool running!

 + -1 moreThey came right out and were excellent. They tried to find the root of the issue of why we have to replace the liner so often. They try to educate you and clearly have years of experience. They did a great job, best fitting of a liner we have ever had.
