THIS REALLY SURPRISED ME, BECAUSE HE WAS SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL WHEN I SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT.
Description of Work: I CALLED MONDAYAND ASKED IF HE COULD DO A RUSH JOB. HE SAID HE'D COME AT 10:30 ON WEDNESDAY. I WAITED OVER AN HOUR, NO SHOW. I CALLED, GOT HIS VOICE MAIL, LEFT A MESSAGE. HE NEVER CALLED BACK.

ANOTHER COMPANY CANCELLED MY INSTALLATION THREE DAYS BEFORE I WAS TO MOVE INTO A NEW HOUSE. I CALLED PAUL ON A WEDNESDAY AND HE CAME TO THE NEW HOUSE AND PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE WITHIN 24 HOURS. HE INSTALLED THE CARPETING 2 DAYS LATER, ON A SATURDAY. HE WAS PROMPT AND FINISHED THE JOB IN HALF THE TIME HE QUOTED. HE AND HIS HELPER WERE VERY FRIENDLY, NEAT AND CLEAN, AND DID A FABULOUS JOB. WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MOVE INTO OUR HOUSE HAD HE NOT DONE THE JOB SO QUICKLY.
Description of Work: INSTALLED WALL TO WALL CARPET IN FOUR BEDROOMS (ABOUT 700 SQUARE FEET). REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF OLD CARPET AS WELL.
