The guy who came was great, actually said he bled my Superstor water heater a bit and showed me how to turn down the temperature...both unrelated to the maintenance call on my boiler. He also warned me about how he had had several service calls on installed chimney liners, and check with the company to make sure it was big enough for the boiler size. Finished in under 90 minutes and was able to show me my boiler's efficiency as well.

I hired this company to clear the drip pan on my refrigerator after a story I saw on the news about mold build up. Garett called my almost before I hit return and was able to come out the next day. He took care of the issue, and he gave me tips on how to keep my refrigerator and dishwasher in good working order and clean form bacteria and mold buildup. I would call them again for any appliance repair.

I've already recommended Garrett. Garrett had to drive about 30 miles to check out my refrigerator who was recommended by a friend that was raving about him. I'm raving about him now. His pricing was very reasonable even with the distance he travelled. I am very, very impressed with him. He told us up front our refrigerator was not worth repairing and to contact him with any questions about our new purchase which we did.

I would give the company a 0 rating if I could. I was charged $149. for a 10 minute call. Garrett, the technician, did not look at the HVAC system itself, only turned it on, flipped the breaker switch, basically didn't do anything. In addition, he did not take responsibility for leaving the condo as he found it.
