+ -1 moreUpon the arrival of the snow storm in October, we were surprised to find our furnace would not turn on. We had never had an issue with this heating system and didn't know what to expect. I found this local listing (with no reports to base anything on) and decided to give it a try - I am so glad I did! Steve offered an emergency number on his recording, and happened to be out in the area running an errand. He said he would come by in 45 minutes (came on the dot!) to take a look. Fortunately, it turned out to only be a pilot that we couldn't light. He only charged us for a service call, eventhough it was an emergency - and a Sunday, no less! I would absolutely recommend this company, and plan on using them for another project in the Spring
