Recommendation is ZERO Stars. This was a large project that took over a year to complete because it entailed a four-car garage, mud room and breakfast nook addition, and remodeled the outside of the home. Two years later, punch list has not been started, yet there are major items including removal of heat and air conditioning from the master bedroom with the agreement that Adam would put a mini-split with both heat and Air Conditioner and fix the holes that were left in the wall – that was 9/30/2019 and I am still waiting. I wrote a review about the stone that was put on the front of the house and how nice it looked, but parts of it fell because of insufficient adhesive, yet I was told they were the best at stone. A section of the facet is missing, glass was broken on the new garage that they installed, missing window cranks, low profile trim divider, not all plugs working, gap underneath front window, front door knob does not open or lock properly, flooring in kitchen lacks sufficient grout. The problem rest with continual agreement to show up and repair these items but he does not show up every single time. Do not make the final payment until you are sure that everything works, knowing what I know now I would wait six months or more.

I received a few quotes through angies list and some were right down outrageous, but Liberty Construction's quote was fair and I decided to move forward with them. Everything went great. The crew showed up everyday even on days where I would have given them a mulligan due to the weather being in the low single digits and wind howling. But the guys did one **** of a job everything came out perfectly. The portico was well worth the money. I Highly recommend using them and plan on using them again in the future. If there was a star system i would easily be 5 stars.
