JJ West Estate Clean Outs

We couldn't be happier. We contacted John after our scheduled clean out service bailed on us. We found him through a web search (the site isn't too impressive, but don't let that deter you.) just two days before we needed him. Our schedule was very tight but he jumped right in. We have never seen anyone work so fast! He was running around the house like a crazy man! He cleaned out all the all the drawers and closets, triaged the things that could be sold or given to charity. the rest went into the dumpster. John used his resources well. He had metal recyclers on site. He listed things on Craig's list and put them out in the yard for a little mini sale ( the deal is that he owns all the contents of the house and does what he wants with them.).Pots and pans were taken to agencies that supported the homeless, as well as clothing and linens. John really made an effort to avoid putting things in the dumpster which we appreciated. FYI, we already had a dumpster on site. John might have charged more without it being there. I can't recommend JJ West Cleanouts more highly. John and his crew were pleasant, prompt and worked like maniacs.
