+ 1 moreSince we had done business with Ken Player (Smarter Homes) before , we knew what to expect. In 2006 Ken had installed the surround sound system from the wiring for inside and outside speakers to installing the TV and other components as part of our house renovation. The project was to say the least smooth and painless. Ken is professional, efficient, responsive and thorough. We also have called Ken when we needed his help when we were not tech savy enough to fix something that the comcast tech have changed on a service visit. My advice to anyone who chooses to use Ken's services is to make sure you keep his # because you will certainly want to have it for future projects and for giving it to friends and family ...we did and we got lots of thank yous in return.
