Description of Work: He went down stairs and came up and said it would be $125. I said, “don’t I need like 3 parts changed!” He said, “oh no lady, all I have to do is clean them, I don’t have to replace them!” He said that one of those things he was going to replace was like a light bulb, you don’t know when it’s going to out.
