Eldredge Property Services

We worked with Kate Eldredge over a period of 4 months, during which she went through every room of the house, organized piles into items to: take to the dump, put into an estate sale, donate to various non-profit organizations, or sell in a yard sale. After everything in one of these categories was gone she staged the home so that it was clutter-free and inviting for potential buyers to view. Once the house was sold, she worked to clear out the remaining items the buyers did not want. During the entire process we found her to be respectful, tremendously energetic, tireless, thorough, and very responsible. We even entrusted her with all the details involved in donating a car to a non-profit. She has a very good sense of style and is also very practical. I recommend her without reservation.
