Called for a quote back in late May. Dave said he would be over around 9:30. Never showed. Called him at 11AM. He said he went to the wrong house. OK- everyone makes mistakes. He met with me the following day and gave me a quote and stated it is best to wait until after June 1st when the blooms are fading. Waited until June 6th. No call, so I called him. He said he'd get back to me later in the month. Didn't hear back. His quote was very fair so June 26th I called a last time. He apologized that he was so far behind due to the rain. Fair enough. We set up an appointment for the work to be done on July 12th. As you might have guessed, he never showed or called. We left two messages during the day to check in and see if he was coming. No call. Poor reliability, poor in responsiveness, and poor customer service. Would NOT recommend calling this vendor.
Description of Work: Provider blew us off repeatedly, but was supposed to offer tree pruning/trimming services
