snow removal
+ -1 moreVery courteous. Willing to accomodate for need to remove ice from roof, but had tired, unwilling workers who were ready to get some sleep. They had been working day and night due to demand. Did say they would come back a couple days later and get the ice they missed on the back side of the house, but never showed. Hourly rate per man -was charged for 5 men for 2 hours but 2 of them were not there that long. In spite of this I would not write them off, I would give them another chance with a full understanding on both parts what was expected. Also, I believe the owner might be a pretty good carpenter and would give him an opportunity in that realm, if the need arose.
Description of Work: Removal of snow & ice from my roof.
