Description of Work: The work involved removing water for a sealed carpet. We had a water spill which drenched a wall to wall carpeting.

+ -1 moreBarry is always prompt and courteous and does a great job. I have been using this company for years and have always been more than satisfied. I noticed a small spot on the living room carpeting after it dried and he happily came right back and took care of it. When he finishes the job my carpets and furniture look like new.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpeting in living room and up a flight of stairs, 2 Oriental rugs (approx. 6'x8'), and a loveseat.

Description of Work: I contacted service provider to schedule an appointment and mentioned that I had an area rug instead of wall to wall ( which I thought was much smaller) and that was going to be extra as was a sectional instead of a sofa - and they weren't going to apply the coupon and they weren't going to give me a price for the sectional until they came to do an estimate. I was a little surprised when she said the estimate depended on the technician. She pressed me to make an appointment, but I declined - it didn't make any sense.
