Description of Work: Nelson Home Services gave me an estimate for insulation of the fire alarms.

Description of Work: Replaced old shingles with architectural shingles. Stripped off 2 layers of asphalt and 1 layer of cedar, put on plywood sheathing, water barrier, drip edge, replaced and painted siding shingles damaged during upgrade of flashing on dormers. Installed and piped exhaust fan for master bathroom as part of roofing install.

Description of Work: Replaced a section of water stained living room ceiling. Used water proof sheetrock, sealed it, replastered and repainted ceiling. Cleanup was excellent.

Description of Work: Nelson's Home services remodeled my kitchen, living room, dining room and hall way. They opened up my living room area to the kitchen and dining room by removing the wall between the living room and kitchen and built us a beautiful solid ash bar in between the two rooms. He also opened up the entry way to the dining room so we had a large entry way from both the kitchen and living room into the dining room. He put in new ceilings in the kitchen and living room with beautiful new recessed lighting with convenient light switches. He also had to had to add new hardwood flooring to our older ash hardwood floor and had it refinished to match the older floor perfect. In addition Nelson's installed a new cathedral ceiling in the dinning room with new lighting and remote control ceiling fan. This made the room look and feel so much larger. They also painted the kitchen, Hallway, dining room, living room and fire place mantle and build in book cases with all the wood work and it came out so amazing the whole house came to life. When Nelson's took down the wall between the living room and kitchen some water lines had to be moved, this was done in quick and easy order and with no problems. All the work was superior and the little extras were added without cost , things i would have never thought about.\ In the case of the flooring and new Ash wood bar Nelson's didn't just go to home depot and find cheap replacement wood, they went to a local mill and had our flooring and bar custom made to order to in sure a perfect match and quality. He even cleaned my gutters when he knew a bad storm was coming... What more can you ask.....

Description of Work: Mr. Nelson of Nelson Home Services put in twenty feet of eavestrough with a leaf cover and replaced the downspouts. He disposed the old ones.

Description of Work: The roof was stripped and replaced, gutters were replaced, a downspout drain and dry well were installed, a bathroom vent/heater was installed and hard piped outside through the roof, dormer siding shingles were replaced and painted, dormer peaks and gable end painted per request.
