They were pricey but very good and very quick! They came right on time took a look around and were able to complete the job in a couple of hours! Very friendly, and they answered all of my questions. I would use them again and would definitely recommend.

I expected the work being done would bring my electrical panel up to code. This did not happen. I originally called for a small project. They did a review of my electrical system and made other recommendations. I was told that my electrical panel was out of code because of some breakers that had previously been installed. I got 3 estimates from them. The lowest was simply the original request. I don?t recall the midrange estimate. The highest estimate I believed would bring my electrical box to code. I chose the highest estimate for that reason. When they finished and showed me what was done I asked why some work wasn?t done and was told ?there?s a lot of wires going to this box. You have that meter work still to do and that?s the time you will want to do this?. Not what I expected. I did not get an estimate when I contracted for the work so that?s on me.

This team of 2 electricians was the most courteous, professional, flexible and efficient that I've had in my home!

I wish service personnel would say they cannot do something if they can?t do it and not come out and charge us. We have a Nest thermostat. This cost us two hours of his time to tell us he can?t do it.

Very impressed with the entire experience from booking the service call, the follow up calls indicating arrival time and the quality of the work by the on site technicians. I was so comfortable with the technicians that I had no qualms leaving them alone in the house when I had to run a quick errand. I will definitely use this vendor again.

Very professional and thorough. Found issues I did not know we had.

I needed 3 smart swtiches installed. There was some extra wiring that needed to be done/fixed within the box. The whole job took less than an hour and the cost was $317 + $79 dispatch fee. I was given the quote at the outset and told that it would go down depending on the complexity and time for the job It didn't. The customer service and I think the quality of the work (as far as I can tell) are excellent --I do wonder about the cost given that it was just labor.

A little pricey but high quality installers and products. They replaced my bathroom fan and also three smoke detectors. Tim and Hector were excellent.

cancelled after the time they were supposed to be here after waiting two weeks for an appointment and having to get up at a 7 am appointment that they never came for

I had 20 ft of Ethernet cat5e and 1 tv mounted with an outlet for the tv. Price was a little high for the work that was done in my opinion ($1700 ) with a discount. The main technician was nice and communicated well but again I think the price was steep.

Only issue is the appointment was rescheduled by contractor
